So we asked nutritionist and cookbook author Karolína Ponocná Kamberská, whom you may also know from TV screens, to help us. She has thoroughly researched our pastas and presents to you its main benefits.
Fill a sufficiently large pot with salted water (1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta).
Bring the water to a boil.
Put the pasta in the boiling water.
Cook for the time indicated on the package. Stir several times during cooking.
Drain the pasta and serve.
